I know that a lot of people will not believe me when I say that I am going through pre menopause because I am only 31 but I don't up the symptoms and if I could make them disappear I would in a heart beat. All I know i ever since I got my tubal ligation my body has been going through a roller coaster for the last 5 years and it's just getting worse. I was able to shred the weight with the first two kids but not from the last. It has been heart breaking not to be able to get to where you where. I know that i just have to work harder at it and I know that in the end it will all be worth it.
