I weighed in this morning at 217.8.
I'm down 3 mornings in a row, so I'm not updating any tickers until i feel a bit more 'solid', but that means I'm down 12.2 pounds in 5.5 weeks.
I have MFP set for 1.5 lbs/week, but I think it runs low, so I'm not surprised it's at 2 lbs/week. I'm working on this hard--but am not feeling deprived since I'm picking my foods carefully.
How's everyone else doing today?

Beth, thank you so much for posting this weigh-in topic! I appreciate it! We left very early this morning for a road trip/doctor's appointments in Pittsburgh, PA and just arrived home awhile ago. I did weigh in this morning (after morning pills and breakfast) and I am down .2 of a pound from 2 weeks ago. Not at all happy with that, except that it is not a gain! I am disregarding that 197 weigh-in last week on my old scale, since it was obviously a "fluke." I need to buckle down and get very serious about eating right in the weeks ahead. I really WANT the weight loss but don't always ACT accordingly.

By the way, Beth, CONGRATULATIONS on doing so well in such a short time. YOU ARE DOING IT!!! I am so happy that all of your hard work is paying off!!!0

Beth you are doing great.
Iamslimandfit keep plugging away. fall down stand up, repeat until up more than down (or for weight loss- the other way around). Keep looking for things that lead to success. At some point you will find what works for you and keep adding one thing after another until you are having more successes than not.
I can't weigh in. I'm traveling again and have no scale. I feel a little bigger. hopefully if not gaining at least holding steady. Not exercising- so tired, and busy.0 -
