So I forgot my lunch and snacks at home yesterday and was quite worried how my day would play out. I started asking others in the office what good food places are nearby, and got the same old answers, "Panda isn't thaaat bad for you", "Panera has fresh whole grain bread" and my favorite, "McDonald's salads are really good nowadays".

I ended up finding California Fish Grill in Irvine off Barranca/Culver
Charbroiled Salmon (enough for almost 2 meals) and grilled zucchini--YUM

Haha you can go most places and get a salad and chicken etc. Even Panera should have something you could eat... just gotta be careful.
  • Check out the app Paleo-Go-Go. It's not a perfect science, but it helps me when I'm out for business. You can search a restaurant by name and they will give you a list of things that you can modify to order.
