Up for trying this- got no idea what the plan is?
All I found through other threads was this:
Week 1
Workout A – 2 sets of each exercise – 15 reps (Wk #1)
Workout B – 2 sets of each exercise – 15 reps (Wk #1)
Workout A – 2 sets of each exercise – 15 reps (Wk #2)
Does anyone kindly want to help me out?
What are the exercises?
Thanks x

Can't remember off the top of my head but really worth buying the book. The exercises change through the stages and there are images to show how to do each one
PLUS - the stuff about WHY women should lift like men and nutrition etc are well worth a read0 -
Yep...gotta get the book. It's awesome!0

Agreed. Knowing the exercises is one thing, but having the book turns them into something else completely. It will be money well spent.0

It's not like stronglifts, where there are only a few exercises. You have to get the book to do this program -- it's really not optional. Also, get the real book, not the Kindle version, as there are a lot of charts and photo illustrations.0
