Adding dairy back in

I finished my second 24 day challenge about a week ago and have kept up with the eating plans for the most part. i wanted to add cheese and dairy back in. it seems to make my tummy upset even in small amounts greek yogurt, string cheese, cottage cheese. anybody else ever felt this way?

No, I did not have a problem with yogurt and cheese. There are some bacteria in those that might not be exactly the same cultures as the bacteria you have become accustomed to in your daily AdvoCare ProBiotic. If your dairy is not fully pasteurized, you could get Listeria bacteria causing Listeriosis, a mild flu-like condition, dangerous for pregnant women like my wife.
It is possible to just develop some small difficulty in processing dairy over time. For example, vegans can have an upset stomach early on when they ditch the lifestyle and have their first burger or dairy for that matter.0
