    Starting weight=189 pounds
    Week 1 (1/18) weight = 187.2 pounds
    Week 2 (1/25) weight =184.4 pounds
    Week 3 (2/1) weight = 184.2 pounds
    Week 4 (2/8) weight = 184.8 pound
    Week 5 (02/15) weight = 187.6 pounds :-(

    I am really embarrassed to have to share that weight. I am going to kick it in high gear this next week to get caught back up :-(

    Tough week due to vacationing extravaganza, but offset by lots and lots of activity due to sunny and warm weather. This week I'm hunkering down to get back on track!

    I have burned quite a few calories. Painting, cleaning, step aerobics on Sunday, lots of pushups(every day, and I love them) and alot of walking! I have not had time to run :( I may have muscle loss in my legs, but have built up my arms from all the real work, and pushups I do now. Very stressful past week. I am glad it is over.:smile:

    THIS WEEK I MADE MY GOAL - 130lb :o)

    I was certain that my holiday would mean a gain or another week without loss - but wouldn't you know it I've gone down over a pound!! I really only had one bad day while on holiday, it was much easier than I expected to eat well and not go over my calories. Oh and because that was my weight yesterday (it's the 16th here already) I'm down to 128.5lb today!! Can't wait for next Fri :o)

    Hi everyone. I am definitely still part of the challenge. However, the the weight has been extremely slow coming off and so I did not record a weigh-in for last week hoping to get the scale moving down but as you can see I am still at a standstill. Don't know if the slow movement has anything to do with the fact that I am diabetic. Was hoping to be under 130 at the end of the challenge but I am not giving up will continue to persevere

    Don't give up hope. You'll get back on track because you lost the pounds before you can do it again :)
