How to hit the MACROS?

Can anyone make suggestions on how to properly hit the Macros? How many of each MacroNutrient should you be eating each meal? Or refer me to a website.

    enter your info and HOW MANY meals you want to eat per day...

    Towards the bottom, there's a breakdown calories and grams of protein, carbs, and fat you need per meal.

    Basic portion recommendations are 1/2-1/3 c of grains (if you eat them), 4-6 oz of lean protein, etc.

    For best results, get yourself a food scale and measuring cups, which helps with portion adjustment.
