Hi all :)

Ok so i've been eating at my BMR (1950cals) for 3 weeks now, eating back my exercise cals as well. Prior to this is was on the MFP recommended 1680cals. I understand that it will take a while for me to see the scales moving in the right direction, and I really wasn't too worried (especially as for the 1st 2 weeks I wasn't 100% keeping within my cal range, although i'm pretty sure I was under my TDEE) this week i've been good, kept to my BMR and ate back my exercise calories. I've also discovered Zumba so i've been the gym twice (More than normal haha) My point to all this waffling is, I weighed myself on wednesday (Normal weigh day) at 253lbs or there abouts, and the same on thursday. I was hoping to dear god it was some sort of water retention otherwise I would have managed to gain 3lbs in one week! Anyway, I was talking last night with my pregnant sister in law about how she'd lost weight and brought my scales out so she could weigh herself. I decided to see what my fat *kitten* weighed at this point in the day and it came back at 248lbs.........weighed again this morning to double check and yep, 248lbs it is......i've never known my body to fluctuate so much. I don't normally weigh more than once a week but there we go.

Is there a chance this is also wrong, and i'm actually 253lbs?

I nearly packed it all in and go back to 1680cals a day again, i'm glad I havent, i'll keep at it for another week, see what happens. 3 weeks is a normal amount of time to start seeing a loss (from what i've read) it's just the massive loss between thursday am and pm!

Sorry so wordy :p
