Mud run training

I am planning to do a mud run in may and am looking for some training plans/training motivation/accountability buddies :)

    Burpees every day
    core and upper body strength
    a boot camp style workout class will give you a lot of what you need
    running training for the length of the course, probably 10K?

    You will need stamina to complete the course and lots of upper body strength for many of the obstacles.
