2nd Half Marathon done!!

Finished my second half marathon yesterday. Time 1:54:11!!

Ran the same race last year in 2:28, beyond stoked!

    Prime work! I've got my first 1/2 on May 4th - and the second 2 weeks later (poor planning on my part...) Don't expect to see that great of an improvement! Very nicely done...

    Nice!! I did my first one in January -- only goal was to keep running (which we did!), and the my time was about 2:21. I'm planning to run the same one next year with a time goal -- I was thinking anything under a 10min/mi pace would be good... Any tips on how you trained, avoided injury, etc?

    I followed Hal Higdons Intermediate training plans for a 5k in Nov, 10k in Dec and the Half in Feb. Just modified them slightly to fit the time frames.
