What have you guys been using as healthy snacks to keep yourself within your calorie limit?

I like to brink pretzel sticks with me as a snack. Separated into individual servings they are more then you think! try it out!!0

I portion out trail mix or bring fresh fruit. Apples and pears are good and easy. So are bananas. Fresh cut pineapplea and melons pack very easily also. All these are great for a quick sweet fix.0

im eating a banana for a snack, its not snacking that gets me its everything else. lol0
