Bob Harper's Inside Out Method

I thought it would be nice if people could leave short reviews of what they like and dislike about what they are currently using.

I am using Bob Harper's Inside Out Method.
Likes: * obviously. it's a video and can do at home.
* the exercises are advanced for me to work up to.
* Bob is pretty motivating. I even find myself telling him how much I hate him.
* The results have been good. I've gained muscle, lost weight and gained some confidence back about my strength.

Dislikes: * It's an hour.
* I had to start without weights and modifying everything... (so now that I can do it, it's kind of a like)
* It's only the one workout. I will want to find something new soon, so I'm hoping some others out there are interested in
reviews too!!
