Hello!
I wanted to check in and get some feedback please
I am going into my third week of EMTWL and have followed the advice of the Scooby website:
Wt: 138
BMR: 1347
TDEE: 2088
15% cut: 1775
I started the Les Mills Combat program 4 weeks ago and weighed in at 135.6, BUT that was just coming off of the stomach flu. Since then my weight has fluctuated between 137-139. It has jumped up to 140.8 this past week, though it is TOM, so I am hoping SOME of that is water weight.
Today is my 'rest day' and I am loading up on water and protein to try and flush out my system so I can get a good weight tomorrow.
If my weight keeps going up this next week, should I be concerned?
Thanks!!!

My weight went up for 5 weeks, and even now mid-way through week 10 I'm +/- 2 pounds You have to give your body time to adjust to what you're doing. Don't panic, just stick with it.0

Stick with it -- it took my body about 12 weeks before it finally adjusted to the increase. (Lots of scale bouncing around during that period....)0

Thanks!
I am telling myself not to panic, and that it is water weight and my body adjusting. *sigh*
I will defeat this and I will be healthy!0
