Calorie Intake Exactly?

Hi so I'm kinda new to EMTWL and I was just wondering how many calories exactly do you recommend eating exactly??? I don't weight myself because it usually just discourages me and weight fluctuates on so many conditions anyways. I have a bit of a tummy I really want to lose within the next few months but I need some help understanding how eating more will benefit me in the long run. So how many calories do you usually eat in a day and how often do you workout? I'm hoping that workout a lot will translate into losing my tummy. Thank you!

Everyone is different so everyone is going to have different nutritional needs, I have always thought 2000 is an average for most people- at least that's what I always read on nutritional labels...0

Welcome. It would really help if you would read the stickies at the top of this page and become familiar with terms like BMR, TDEE, and Activity Level.0
