We've all been guilty of not signing in to myfitnesspal daily so that is the challenge this week. Track your food and physical activity every day using myfitnesspal daily. (If you have another tracking method you prefer that is fine but be honest and use it every day!) Tracking the things you eat is just as important as what you eat. You will be amazed what you realize about your eating habits when you see it in black and white.
Also the more you log in the more you will be able to support the rest of the group as well as be celebrated for your successes too! We need to be here for each other because this isn't easy.
So work out those writing hands and get ready to pump some lead just as much as you are pumping the iron! Happy week everyone!

Just checking in...I have logged in every day but last night I did not click on the complete my diary only because when I got home from work I didn't get on the computer. Otherwise I have logged every day this week and completed my diary. Today will be day 5 of level 3 of JM 30DS for me. Only 5 days left. I can't wait to see what my final results are. I plan to rotate a few of her workouts every day and then revisit the 30DS in a month or two.0
