Did you ever tried some classes named Body Vive or Sh'bam from Les Mills?

I had those when I was at a gym, but now I don't anymore and I for sure miss those classes a lot! Do you know of some complete videos of these classes or some similar ones? The closer to dance, the better

Wow I've never seen these, they seem like fun lol I might try them some time but trying to slowly work up to everything.
