hey sorry ive been a bit absent recently..lack of internet has stopped me writing on here!
so every day I've done a minimum 30min walk and legged it up and down my stairs several times as well as spending more
I'm starting to do pilates in the evening as well with a band which is helping I'm sure
I'm watching what I'm eating like a hawk and am definitely drinking more water which is good
fingers crossed it will all pay off at the end
