Hey ladies. Hope all is well with everyone.
This week is a free for all!! Just make sure you post your status and you will earn 40 pts. for each daily post. Post your Turbo Fire workouts and earn 35 pts. per post.
Ex: mon: walked for 30 mins; turbo fire core 20; drank 8 glasses of water; all foods in green (total points for mon: 75)
tues: rest day (total points for tues: 40)
Next week (Week 8) is photo weigh in. Post your before and after photos. You have til the end of the week to post. You can post on mon or you can wait til sun. It's up to you but I'm excited about seeing those results. Let's get moving ladies.
