Best nutrition

Hey fellow dancers :)
I was wondering what you find the best nutrition for yourself with which you have the most energy and find you achieve the most. I myself have been feeling like I have little energy the past few weeks. So, I'd like to know your experiences on this :)

    I haven't really found the best combination, but I eat a lot of chicken. That didn't really sound helpful at all, LOL.

    Eating meat is the key for me, which is tough, because I hate preparing it. When I eat at least two servings of meat a day, preferably three, I feel better and less hungry. It can't be lunch meat, either - has to be fresh, unpreserved fish, poultry, beef or pork.
