This weeks challenge 2/18 through 2/24

Well guys, I did horrible on last weeks challenge. I didn't feel well and I only did it for one day! This week's challenge is another fitness minutes challenge because it seems everybody loved the other two. This week's challenge is to get in 550 fitness minutes. The clock starts now, get READY, get SET, GO!!!

    Hello, had a nice workout at the gym. Looks like I transposed my numbers yesterday. I'm very sorry. As of tonight I am at 305 minutes so I have 245 min left. Have a blessed night.
