Day 8

Today I have to work a mid-shift... which means I didn't have enough time to get to the gym, run/lift, get home, and then shower. So I did a quick workout at home.

Day 8:
20 min of squats, lunges, push-ups, and lots of core work
And I will be taking my 20 min walk to work shortly.

    Did Ripped in 30 week 2, day 2 this morning. Probably playing tennis tonight too.

    Day 8: 2/19

    Got up and to the gym this morning.

    1. 30 mins on the cardio wave.
    2. 25 mins of week 1 C25K.

    It actually felt really good to run. Going to invest in a heart rate monitor.

    30 day shred day 8....8 days stronger than when I began!
  • Day 8:

    Walking 3.0mph pace for 120 minutes. I think that makes up for missing Day 3.

    40 minutes strength Chest and Back

    I got in 38 minutes of running on the treadmill. (3 miles)

    NROLFW, stage 4, workout A3 - 54 minutes. I realized tonight that I didn't eat any Cheez Its today! :bigsmile:
  • Today is a rest day, so did some cleaning/organizing in the basement for a couple hours. Moved some heavy boxes around, etc. May go for a 20-30 min walk before bed still. We shall see.
