    Hey All,

    I just want to lose 1.3 KG this month so that I can be under 80 KG. I want to do it in baby steps. I am in no great hurry to lose it all. I want to take the middle-path.

    Hope to achieve it by April end.

    Currently I weigh 81.3 KG. I was over 95 KG last year. Its roughly over a year since I started working out. In spite of working out like there's no tomorrow I dint notice any significant reduction rate.

    Its only after I joined MFP, I realized my mistakes. I binged too much off-radar.

    Now I am conscious of what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat. A leak well corked now.

    Yes indeed - MFP really opens our eyes on what we're really consuming and the effect it's having. I've not had much success until I really started using MFP. Good work - keep it going.

    I have my next weigh-in session this Sunday. If my calculations are correct, then I hope to lose approx. 0.6 KG. Depending upon the result, I need to decide on the next course of action for the remaining 3 weeks. I 'have' to 'earn' my new T-Shirt! ;)
