Hello All,
I am new to this group, but I came here to share my experiences and learn from others. Currently I have on day 7 of my juice cleanse. This is the first time that I have added the coffee enema to the cleanse. I did this for the first time yesterday. Since then, I have felt very nauseous. Is this due to the release of toxins, or is there some other reason?

Hi,
When I did the cleanse, I was told the nausea is from toxins leaving the body. Are you doing Cleanse America?0
