I need one.
I have been slacking for a bit now after losing almost 65lbs, and I need someone to help keep me on track. I would do the same in return, of course. Anyone out there interested in that at all?
I'm nowhere near my goal, and after only 1 day of cheat meal-ing I can't seem to get fully on track. Not only is that impacting my weight loss, but it's not even healthy.

I feel the same way. Went ballistic for Mardi Gras and of course, am 10 pounds up. Not to mention I *know* keto eating is when I feel my very best. However, chocolate seems more important. I was so dedicated for May-December. I want to get back to that and kick the rest of this weight off.
