Evening Cravings, Replace With...

I crave sweet and salty feel good foods. I'm going to replace them with fruit and/or maybe flavored water. I do enjoy the Crystal Light On The Go drink mixes. They are 10 calories per packet. I'm also going to try to eat slower. Sometimes you'd think I hadn't eaten in days. As a kid I heard, "hurry up and finish your food". I try never to tell my son that and when I do, FLASHBACK!
