Working 2nd shift Driving past Sheetz, and all the fast food companies you can think of is so hard to do without stopping. Looking for ideas on how to avoid the temptation. I'm still cheating and lying to myself about my calorie intake. It seems that just when I get new good eating habits, I find myself right back where I was.
