I have been working on my evening eating. This last week I have had a banana with chocolate sauce and cool whip for a sweet and popcorn very low oil and butter buds. This has been working well for me and it stays within my calories and carbs. I usually have my sweet directly after my meal and my popcorn around 8pm. This has been working well for me 3 pounds down this week and blood sugar in much better shape. Anyone else have a plan that is working?
