Evening Eater vs. Night Owl

Not a good combo. Although today was good, many are not. Before MFP I wasn't much of a breakfast eater, so I would have a good appetite for lunch and that would get me through the rest of my day to have a nice dinner and then I was usually good for the night. Now, I am eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The thing is, I'm taking in half my daily goal for breakfast and lunch and by dinner time I'm not very hungry, but need to take in the other half of my daily goal. So, I find myself eating through the night to catch up. Complete opposite of what we should do, I KNOW. But I'm having difficulty training my stomach to eat right. My thoughts are that if I continue with 3 meals per day, my stomach will adjust. This is really throwing me OFF.
