Figuring out my macros?

I am about to start upping my cals. I've figured out my TDEE and my BMR and I need to customize my goals on MFP. I'm just not sure about the correct carbs-protein-fat ratios I should be eating...? I kind of always just followed MFP's guided goals for me. Now that I'm upping my cals and taking matters into my own hands I'm not sure what to do.

Any suggestions will be most appreciated

I tried this but I this gives me 180 g of carbs and I find it hard to get full on this amount... It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to eat so much fruit but due to medical issues I have to eat plenty of it daily
  • Setting macro goals are guidelines. Adjust them as you see fit, but in order to maintain lean body mass you should keep your protein in the 30% range. The goal is to lose fat and maintain LBM.

Thank you, I think that will work better for me
