So....Stage 6, the pull-up one

Anyone here as far as (the optional) stage 6, completed it and can actually do a pull up now? I'm almost done with stage 5 and want to know if it's worth it!

    I completed stage 6 a while ago. I don't know if I could do a pull-up before getting to stage 6 because I never tried. After stage 6 I could do 3 sets of pull-ups. 4 reps for sets 1 and 2, and 3 reps on the last set. I start in the down position (hanging from bar) then pull myselft up until my chin is over the bar, then lower all the way down to hanging position again...no cheating!

    Let me tell you, it's pretty cool. You feel a great sense of accomplishment and you feel super strong. Plus it's awesome to see the look on guys' face because there are many men who can't do a single pull-up.

    Go for it! Totally worth it!

    I did Stage 6 and still can't do a pull-up, but I did make huge strength gains. Don't skip it! Stage 6 is awesome. :-)
