Injury?

I worried I may have really hurt myself... I just completed week 1 last Wed, since then my knees are totally jacked up. Even (almost) a week later they are killing, in the same spot on both knees. So I guess I want to know if anyone else has experienced this... if so does it go away? Do I train through it? Wait? or just shut up and go to the Dr.?

    Real pain a week later isn't normal. Don't train through pain - see a doctor if you can.
