What are your favorite fruits or veggies that are a great source of fiber?

My body does better with the soluble fibers vs. insoluble.
So for me that is sweet potatoes and yams balancing off the broccoli, cauliflower and other more crunchy vegetables. when it comes to those kinds of foods, I cook them down quite a bit so that my intestines like them better :blushing:0 -
i'm not sure about veggies, but i've been eating raspberries since i realised that a little 6oz box has 11 grams in it0

Best fruits fibers are the berries especially raspberry.
Best veggie for fiber is eggplant! A peeled half eggplant is 13 g carb and 8 of those carb are fiber. A half eggplant is actually quite small amount maybe a cup or less cooked. I like to make dipping sauce from eggplant.0 -
