Cheesy Chicken Vegetable Chowder

I adapted this from a recipe I found on Pinterest that caught my eye. My husband isn't big into Vegetarian meals, so I added chicken to it to appease him. There are processed items in this recipe, be warned.
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can Reduced Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pounds chicken, diced
4 potatoes, medium to large, diced ( used russet, not peeled)
3 cups California blend mixed vegetables
1. Add chicken and potatoes to pot and just barely cover with water. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
2. If mixed blend veggies are too big, cut into smaller pieces. Set aside.
3. After potatoes and chicken have cooked for at least 20 minutes, add in soups and stir.
4. Cook for 10 minutes, then add mixed vegetables.
5. Cook until potatoes are tender, and mixed vegetables are heated through.
