Low energy

I am new to the program (as in, 2 workouts in) but have adjusted my caloric goals and try to pay better attention to my macro ratios... and feel so exhausted. This feeling may be completely unrelated to these new changes, but I thought I'd ask in case others experienced this.

It may also be worth mentioning that I take vitamins (my diary is open if you want specifics), sleep 7-8 hours a night, and was eating closer to 1500 cals/day prior to this week. I also drink near or over 8 cups water/day, too.

    I was REALLY tired the first few workouts. It got better. I'm not sure if it was reducing my carbs or just that I wasn't used to all that working out and my body was repairing. At the end I really needed the week break. I was pretty burned out. But I'm at stage 2 and I feel REALLY good now. Sore, but used to being sore and really feeling stronger and some muscles. HTH.

    Give your body a couple of weeks to adjust. Before you know it, you'll be full of energy! :wink:
