Found FitnessBlender (Youtube Channel) today. I really love their FREE workouts. They're quick and easy, or long and hard. Depending on the day, you can supplement 30DS, or do them as you move on. Has anyone tried them?

    I've only seen the BeFit ones, and I really like them! But I'll look at the others, thank you! I just finished day 3 today... It was rough. It seemed like it was worse than yesterday, and I REALLY had to push myself to get through it, with out slacking off. How was your work out everyone?

    I've tried it once but that's it for the FitnessBlender.

    I did D1L1 today and it was AMAZEBALLS! I loved the burn and the cardio and abs. I can't wait until day 31! This will be great!

    You did D1L1 of what? I'm constantly looking for excercises as I move on from 30DS and look forward to taking part in new groups :smile:

    Oh, I'm sorry, I did D1L1 of 30DS! But I love her 6 week 6 pack workout next! If I wasn't doing ES&S, I would do 6W6P!
