1. Write down your gym schedule in your planner or set an alarm on your phone. Act as though your workouts are as important as a doctors appointment!
2.Set reasonable goals for your weight loss. It must be something that is not impossible to attain but is also a challenge for you. Setting weekly/monthly/ and overall goals are a good idea... an average of 1-2 lbs per week is usually recommended.
3. Whatever method you choose for weight loss, make sure it is a method that you could continue for the duration of your life. Drastic dieting is unhealthy and will not result in long lasting weight loss.
4. www.hungrygirl.com is one of my favorite sites for healthy recipes, but there are many other online resources out there for healthy recipe ideas.
5. Get rid of the junk food in your cupboards, fridge, and your desk! Replace it with fresh fruits & vegetables and any other healthy snacks that will keep you satisfied.
