skipping ahead on C25K

I decided to give my self a fitness test and see how long I could run. Surprisingly I was able to run for 25 minutes (going between 3.3 and 3.5 mph) without stopping. Right now Im on week 4, so now that I know that I can run 25 minutes without stopping, I'm thinking about jump ahead to Week 7.


What do you think?

    I think you should maybe try to see what you can do at a faster pace. Use the remaining weeks to increase your speed. Good luck! Your doing great!

    I'd keep going and use all the weeks.

    It's good discipline and you could just push yourself a little more during each run.

    Fundamentally, It's only 9 weeks - and the post-program choices are pretty straightforward: keep running for 30 minutes at a comfortable speed 3+ days a week. Work hard to get faster. Work hard to run for more time/a longer distance. I kind of do a combination of the three, but that's what I've got, as a runner, for the rest of my life (and, don't get me wrong, it's a great life).
