A good thing about this week was managing to work out every day despite starting a new hectic uni schedule. A not so great thing about this week was getting soooo hungry. I've upped my calories a little - hopefully that will help!

    Pout, sulk, but can't really complain as I have been losing steadily, everybody goes through it and at the time it feels like doom and gloom but I know it will pick up again soon enough, have a great last week on the challenge :wink:

    I gained, but I'm confident I'm on track as well. The gain relates to my vacation week and I paid the piper on that one. Back home now, I have more control and am about to start dry-land workouts next week for rowing, so am looking forward to recalibrating.

    Also - Leila, it will soon be March and the weather will surely allow us back on our bikes! Woot!

    I have had a very stressful week, with more to come. I have burned alot of calories also, but not always eating enough on some days. My stress if double fold, both personal, and professional. I am doing ok, and getting much accomplished even through the stress. I am still happy for the loss, Must get more sleep-, not just rest during the night. I want to resolve issues also.
    Still keeping my head high, and really do have a smile on my face

    Starting weight=189 pounds
    Week 1 (1/18) weight = 187.2 pounds
    Week 2 (1/25) weight =184.4 pounds
    Week 3 (2/1) weight = 184.2 pounds
    Week 4 (2/8) weight = 184.8 pound
    Week 5 (02/15) weight = 187.6 pounds
    Week 6 (02/22) weight = 183.4 pounds

    I am glad that last week's weight in was just a temporary gain! I have also been gettting a lot of good burns in at the gym this week. It has felt great! Hopefully I can get up to the 7 pounds lost this coming week. I am just a little behind...

    Week 2-Lost 1 pound - 244 pounds
    Week 3-Lost 7 pound - 235 pounds
    Week 4-Lost 1 Pound - 234 pounds
    Week 5-Gain 3 pounds- 237 pounds
    Week 6-Lost 1 Pound - 236 Pounds

    Good knows why i put on last weekend sometimes just can't work it out
    Seems to come off in chunks some times best thing it just to keep going
    Want to get to 50 pounds lost for my birthday bit of a tall ask but if i get close
    will be happy as always a loss is a loss, Would like a nice 3 pound loss
    for next weekend to end up on 11 pound loss for this challenge, will have
    to wait and see??

    Horrible week for me. Don't know if it has anything to do with TOM. Will be over TOM this Sunday so hopefully I can return to normal and this was just water retention :(

    227 this week :)

    Happy as thats 1lb off, got quite a big week this week with the eating - 2 friend reunions and one leaving party/ dinner so lets hope I can be good.
