question about TDEE qualifiers

Hey guys - i've been wondering about this for awhile and i'm hoping you can help me out. i didn't want to do the whole survey you post because my diet has been so erratic the past few months, i don't know if you could get a clear picture (but if after reading this you think that i should, just tell me). i've got about 10 lbs to lose.
i calculated my TDEE using the Scooby Accurate Calorie Counter. i put my activity level at 5-6 hrs/week of strenuous exercise. in reality, i do about 10 hrs/week of exercise; sometimes more, sometimes less. 4 of those hours come from a bike ride i do on saturday. i didn't want to put the "7-21 hrs/week of strenuous exercise/work" because i work a desk job so i'm not sure if it applies to me. i calculated my TDEE using the 5-6 hrs to be 2624, and -20% is 2099. there's no way i can eat that little on bike day, because sometimes i can eat half that just during the ride.
my question is, should i use the "7-21 hrs" qualifier, even though i'm pretty sedentery duing the day? should i just eat more on the hard ride? and is -20% too much of a deficit with 10 lbs left to lose?
thanks in advance for any help you can give me with this.

I would take the lower activity level, set it at a 10% loss target and eat at a higher calorie level (within reason) on the days when you have 'out of the ordinary' or significantly higher activity.0
