I am new to the group. I thought I would give this a try. I just upped my calories to 1,532 calories. this is according to my bmr with weight. I was eating 1200 calories but it was to low and I was eating all the time always hungry.

I work out doing strength training eveyday accept Sunday and some cardio work outs. I would love friends who are doing this and wouldn't mind helping a newbie out on this new routine. tomorrow will be my first full day. my name is Katie bye the way.

    I'd be happy to help. I am now in Week 5 of a metabolism reset (did you read all the stickies at the top of the EM2WL group?).

    Depending on how long you have been eating at 1200 calories, you may well need to do a reset as well, which would mean working up to eating your TDEE and then staying there for some time (depending on how damaged you metabolism is/how long you have been eating at 1200).
