i have finished. that level 3 was tough tough tough on my knees, didn't know if i was going to make it. near the end i had to modify some of the cardio involving all the jumping a little bit, to avoid further injury. all in all, really loved/hated it lol. notice such a difference in the way many of my shirts fit in my arms, so many of them were so tight in the arms i couldn't wear them and now it's like i have a new wardrobe. jeans fit better too, love it! i am going to continue doing it on my weekends. i have 3 day weekends, so i am thinking level one on first day, 2nd day level 2, and sundays level 3, so that i can keep up with that toning. hope you are all having great results, can't wait to hear of your successes! :bigsmile:
