I know I won't be capable of a reset as I have major food issues I need to sort but could someone give me a rough idea if they are the same height/weight on how many calories I should aim for to try repair my metabolism and live normally and healthy. I am 120lbs and 5ft 5 and have a major skinny fat look ! Some days I eat 800 cals but today with 2 work outs I have eaten 1775 but netted 1150. Averagely work out 5 times a week but have a desk job! Can anyone help?!

Start by calculating your TDEE based on your current activity level using the scooby calculator (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ )To repair means to eventually eat your TDEE, but in the mean time calculate it and start adding calories like maybe 50 to 100 per week or every couple of weeks until you reach that mark. You don't look as though you need to lose, but if you want to decrease fat, consider strength training. Lifting heavy promotes muscle retention and possibly newbie gain when you eat TDEE.
