Hi All!
I'm new to the group ~ I'm a stay at home mom to 2 kiddos & I'm trying to lose 10 lbs. Seems like no matter what I do, I've been losing & gaining the same lb. I went to see a naturopath/nutritionist last week ~ and am planning to start a new way of eating (and getting allergy testing done). I work out reguarly at least 6 times per week. Looking to stay motivated and on track. The friends ( real life friends) on MFP are slackers ~ lol and I feel like I'm always the only one logging.
