Milk v. Coconut milk

I have given up diary on several occasions just to see if I noticed a difference in my health, and I don't. Currently, I use coconut milk (SO Delicious, unsweetened) instead of milk, but I am debating the benefits of keeping this up. The rest of my family uses organic whole milk, and its easier just to buy one gallon of milk each week.
Any arguments for or against sticking with the coconut milk before I do my grocery shopping tomorrow?

If I tolerated milk ok I'd be consuming it. I don't, so I'm a coconut milk user. Yes, it's certainly easier and more cost effective to buy ONE sort of milk, and everyone's already on organic, whole milk. Great, go for it. I'd keep coconut milk in the pantry for recipes and what not (I cook with mine more than actually drink it).0

I say if you can tolerate it, drink what you like.0

Coconut, without question.

I personally don't see anything wrong with either. Then again, I don't really use milk that often.
Coconut milk is (I find) more expensive per calorie than whole milk, but does taste great and makes a fantastic base for ice cream, and numerous curries and chillies. Whole milk is good for puddings and... Other things, I guess.
I don't know. If you can tolerate it and you want it, have it. If neither of those apply, don't.0 -

If you can tolerate dairy, do dairy.
(This coming from someone who desperately misses cheese.)0
