dam :/

Options
on day 5 of 30 day shred (yesterday) i hurt bottom of my leg and
today when i did my work out it was hurting for the whole time
i was working out so i have bandaged it up but it hurts to walk on :/
im going to see how i feel tomorrow but i really don't want to miss
a workout :/

anyone know what i could do to speed up recovery ? (i know i need to rest it:) )
