I started L3 last night. I always enjoy this level more and noticed how I am doing better.

on day 5 of 30 day shred (yesterday) i hurt bottom of my leg and today when i did my work out it was hurting for the whole time i was working out so i have bandaged it up but it hurts to walk on :/ im going to see how i feel tomorrow but i really don't want to miss a workout :/ anyone know what i could do to speed up…
Post about Day 3 & 4 of the 30 Day Shred Last two days have been tough.. brought this workout to the Y today and was sweating buckets. Glad to have completed it - now I get to relax for the evening!
Hey everyone! So I read that Jillian Michaels suggests the following schedule during 30DS for a 7-day week: Day 1: 30DS Day 2: 30DS Day 3: cardio Day 4: 30DS Day 5: 30DS Day 6: cardio Day 7: rest day So basically, each level IS 30 days... but not in a row! Just thought I'd share.

I started the Shred yesterday (a little sore in my arms today), and I also took my heart rate monitor out of its packaging (where it has been for over a year).
