I am finding that even after large, balanced dinners, I am hungry either immediately after or an hour after, and it is driving me nuts.
As an example, last night, I had a large chicken breast fillet, 200g sweet potato with a small amount of butter and 500g of vegetables. I was still hungry. Granted, I am doing lifting twice a week which is quite new to me, and also do quite intense cardio 4-5 times a week, but I am eating 1900-2000 calories a day and I should not be hungry.

I am wondering if I would be more satiated if I increased my fat from 30% and lowered my carbs from 45% as something isn't working. My protein is almost always over 100g so it isn't that.

Who said you shouldn't be hungry on that amount? Biological hunger is exactly that, you may just need more calories. High fat thing can help kee you fuller, why not try it for a week or so see how you feel. Macros are incredibly personal I think, see how you go x

Well, someone on my list suggested it is a lot I eat.
And to be honest, sometimes I am going over the 1900 by up to 400, so it is certainly more than I was eating last year.
I don't know if it is due to the fact I am now doing weights and doing cardio at high resistance rather than the cycling I used to do or what. I am already almost 14Ibs over my low weight last year, which is hard enough to deal with, I am never going to get anywhere near that again if I don't find a solution to this incessant hunger.

It is the only thing I have found that helps, in combination with low carbs and moderate protein. Yes, I have lost weight and fought successfully against binges before I went low carb/high fat, but it was a daily struggle that really was driving me insane. I hated it so much. Now I almost never crave anything and the cravings are pretty minor. When I do crave I know that means I screwed up my ratios somewhere for a day or two and brought it on myself. Or that I made my calorie deficit too big.

What are your sources for your fat intake and what sort of fat % are you having ? I upped mine to 90g for now.
