Just had to share my joy on completing week 6 today. I was beginning to think week 6 was jinxed and that I'd never get through it. I caught a cold 2 weeks which affected my ear and therefore my balance, so couldn't run. Thankfully, I'm improved and today, although it was freezing outside and snow all around, I went out regardless. Feel really proud of myself

I'm doing it Monday too. I'm all pumped up about it and want to go today but I must hold myself back, give myself that day's rest.

Love to hear how you get on.

You are totally capable of the next weeks and so much more. It's a great transition.

I did it, I completed d1, wk7 today. I initially dismissed the run for today as I had a lot on and I usually like to run in the morning. However, at 4 o'clock the sun was shining and it looked so beautiful outside, I decided to go out and run. My kids had just arrived home from school and I passed them at the door shouting "see you in 40 mins". It felt great running and the sun was just so warming on my face (it was flipping cold though with snow all around).

WAHMto5 - did you manage to run today?

That is awesome!! I give you so much credit with running in the cold, that is great! We moved from Northern Illinois to Georgia 5 years ago and I have turned into a weather wimp!!!

I did as well this afternoon. I started to get a small cramp at about 20 minutes and thought "not now", but ran through it and made it. W7D2 here we come!
