struggles

Well I had some health issues for this past week that caused me to have to stop exercising for the last week. I was just getting into a routine but had to rest. I even started to make some poor food choices and didn't log on as much as I was. So it showed me how quickly a person can resort back to their old ways. I will say that I didnt feel good for eating the bad foods but so I also was aware how much I was eating which before I wouldn't have cared. So even when you are having a bad week or bad day...its ok. Just pick yourself back up and get back on track. I started working out again yesturday, I have been logging my food again and said..."today we start again"...not throw in the towel because life got in the way.
