Keto and crossfit?

Hey all,
I've been cross fitting for about 3 months before my box closed down. At that time I was doing the Paleo thing, now that I've made the switch to keto would cross fit still be a good fit for exercise? I just finished my keto flu am I in the clear for some high intensity work outs?

If you can manage it, more power to ya. Personally, I have a ****ton more endurance when in ketosis, but I can't do intense bursts of energy without having carbs before the gym. I can run ten miles in a couple hours on steak and bacon, but to sprint a quarter mile, I need a baked potato or a muffin.0

My husband and I have been doing keto and crossfit. We started crossfit last May, and started Keto in September. He sometimes does a Quest bar before going, but I don't usually add anything special.0
